Section 1 Definitions and Interpretation

The words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings. Please read each definition carefully for a clear understanding.

1.1 "Platform"

The jeta47 website, mobile site, and all services operated under it, accessible at https://jeta47.cam.

1.2 "User" or "Member"

Any person who has created a registered account on the jeta47 platform or is using the platform.

1.3 "Services"

All types of online betting, casino gaming, sportsbook, and related digital entertainment services provided through jeta47.

1.4 "Account"

The personal profile of each registered member, through which they log in to the platform, manage funds, and enjoy games.

1.5 "Bonus Funds"

Promotional funds granted by jeta47 that can be converted to real money subject to fulfilling specific conditions.

Section 2 Membership and Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions must be met in order to create an account and use services on the jeta47 platform:

• The applicant must be 21 years of age or older.
• The member must be of full mental capacity and free to make their own decisions.
• A person may only create one account. Multiple accounts under the same person's name are strictly prohibited.
• You must play for your own benefit and with your own funds — participation on behalf of a third party or as part of a professional syndicate is not acceptable.
• There must be no legal restriction on using the platform.

jeta47 reserves the right to reject any account application, particularly if the information provided does not appear to be accurate.

Section 3 Account Registration

At the time of registration, the member must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate cancellation of the account.

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, the member must provide their full name, date of birth, active email address, and mobile number. This information may be used for identity verification at a later stage.

3.2 Password and Security

The member is responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing or giving the password to anyone else is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, our support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

jeta47 may at any time request copies of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. If documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The payment methods currently supported on the jeta47 platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka) — the same limit applies for each method.

Once a deposit is confirmed in the member's account, it is added to the balance immediately. If you experience any issues with a transaction, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in specific cases).
• Bonus wagering must be completed before a withdrawal request is made (where applicable).
• If KYC verification has not been completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jeta47 may request additional information for verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No other currency is accepted.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonus offers from jeta47 are subject to specific terms. By accepting a bonus, the associated terms are automatically considered accepted.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jeta47 offers a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳32,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → Total balance ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Example: for a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• jeta47 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Section 6 Game Rules

Each game operated on jeta47 (slots, live casino, sportsbook, etc.) follows its own set of rules. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of any game before starting to play.

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on jeta47 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. The platform is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum betting limit. Specific betting limits may apply when using bonus funds — please refer to the bonus terms.

6.3 Connection Issues

If the internet connection is lost during a game, jeta47 will determine the game result based on the last saved state. jeta47 will make every effort to resolve issues caused by technical reasons, however the member is personally responsible for connection problems.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jeta47 platform. Violating these rules will result in the immediate permanent closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using false or forged identity documents.
• Using another person's account or selling/transferring an account.
• Abusing bonuses or applying bonus-hunting strategies.
• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to gain an unfair advantage.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's systems or security.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward other members.
• Attempting to manipulate game results.

Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of jeta47

jeta47 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Evidence of fraud or attempts to gain an unfair advantage.
• The need to comply with applicable law.

8.2 Member's Rights

A member may voluntarily request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw any remaining eligible balance will be provided, however bonus funds for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.

Section 9 Responsible Gaming

jeta47 believes in responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy gaming purely as entertainment — it is not a source of income.

• Service disruption due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Financial loss resulting from gambling — the risk of gambling lies entirely with the member.
